Main responsibilities:

Coach and mentor teams in adopting agile principles and behaviorsFoster a culture of continuous improvement, continuous delivery and outcome-driven decision-makingGuide sustainable cadence in product developmentBring agility into product discovery and hypothesis validation thinkingLearning from data and take decision from itSupport collaboration between cross-functional product teams (PO, Full-Stack Developers, Data Professionals, UX/UI) & business stakeholdersRemove impediments for continuous flow and improvement

About you

Experience:

Proven success in coaching Product Owners and teams to scale products across multiple countries and stakeholdersTrack-record of success as a Scrum Master/Agile Coach in complex environmentsExperience in working in domain knowledge relevant to the data science projects (e.g. knowledge of industry regulations, data privacy considerations, domain-specific metrics, and business processes)

Soft skills:

Strong understanding of product strategy, roadmap development, backlog management, and release planning for achieving significant outcomes Excellent communication, mentoring, and leadership skills for effective coaching and team influenceBe comfortable promoting a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement within the team

Technical skills:

Solid knowledge of Lean & Agile practices, UX/UI and Application Design & IntegrationUnderstand the technology stack and be able to guide the team on best practices for tool selection, integration, and usageDemonstrated understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks relevant to highly regulated industries

Education:

Master’s degree in computer science or equivalent scientific field
