Job Description
SUMMARY
Reporting to the Assistant Dean for Student Services in the College of Humanities and Social Sciences (CHSS), the Academic Success Coach advises and supports cohorts of at-risk CHSS major students through the development of strategic academic success plans that identify barriers to academic success, establish realistic student goals and responsibilities, and leverage diverse academic resources like tutoring and mentoring networks. The Academic Success Coach connects students with campus engagement opportunities to help the student deepen their sense of belonging and inclusion in their academic programs and the university community.
