Responsibilities

Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, is recruiting an academic rheumatologist to join the Division of Rheumatology, Department of Internal Medicine.

The Division seeks candidates who are primarily clinicians engaged in either education or research with complementary interest and expertise in Inflammatory Myositis or Sjogren's Syndrome and other forms of systemic autoimmune rheumatic disease. A track record of clinical experience and subspecialty training in Myositis orSjögren’s syndrome would be an asset. The successful candidate will work effectively and collaboratively with colleagues and patients to develop a researchprogram while maintaining a high quality of patient care and high patient satisfaction. A successful M.D. or D.O. applicant will fulfill the following requirements:

Certification by the ABIM (or Board eligible) in RheumatologyCompletion of an accredited Rheumatology fellowshipRecord of interest and excellence in the clinical care of patients with Myositis orSjögren’s syndromeRecord of accomplishments in clinical research or education



Qualifications

Eligible candidates must be board certified/eligible in Rheumatology.

Compensation Detail

The minimum starting salary range for medical specialties may range from $202,000 to $663,037. This range reflects full-time total base compensation prior to consideration of additional experience or duties. Pay for the selected candidate may vary based on specialty, experience, FTE, internal equity, or external market data.
