As our HR Intern, you will be an integral part of our team, directly contributing to the growth and well-being of our talent. You will learn by doing, experience the strategic impact of HR, and develop crucial skills that are essential for a successful career in the field.

- Recruitment & Onboarding:

You will learn the intricacies of attracting top talent by actively participating in the recruitment process, including scheduling and supporting interviews.You will experience the critical first steps of an employee's journey by assisting with admission processes and ensuring a smooth and welcoming onboarding for new hires.You will develop your communication and organizational skills by coordinating various onboarding activities that integrate new employees seamlessly into our culture.

- Employee Development:

You will gain insights into fostering growth within our team by assisting with the coordination and implementation of training programs.You will learn about career planning tools and initiatives, contributing to the development of our employees' long-term professional paths.You will have the opportunity to experience how strategic learning and development initiatives contribute to individual and organizational success.

- Employee Engagement & Retention:

While not always the most "glamorous" aspect, you will gain invaluable experience in the essential administrative tasks that underpin all HR functions.You will learn the critical importance of meticulous record-keeping, data management, and compliance, which are fundamental to any successful HR career.You will develop strong organizational skills and attention to detail, creating a solid base for future responsibilities.You will understand that mastering these foundational elements is key to building a robust and impactful HR skillset.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field;

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

- Proactive, curious, and a collaborative team player;

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

- A strong desire to learn and grow within the HR domain.

- Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Additional note: Attendance at a higher education institution is required.
