An AC Technician will support the Engineering Team to efficiently maintain all hotel operations such that safety, security, conversation, and compliance are ensured at the highest levels.

What will I be doing?

As an AC Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and monitoring of HVAC systems throughout the hotel. You will ensure all air conditioning units, ventilation systems, and related equipment operate at peak performance, contributing to energy conservation and guest satisfaction. Specifically, you will:

Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems across guest rooms and hotel facilitiesRespond swiftly and professionally to AC-related issues and breakdownsFollow and maintain the HVAC preventive maintenance scheduleSupport energy-saving initiatives related to air conditioning systemsRecommend system upgrades for improved efficiency and sustainabilityKeep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and safeStay updated on technical training and industry standards
