We are searching for an Account-Based Experience (ABX) Operations Lead, NCA at Sage. This is an opportunity to lead the end-to-end ABX strategy for new customer acquisition. You will own the product vision and backlog focused on acquiring new customers by delivering personalized, account-centric engagement. This includes collaborating with teams across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Data to ensure we proactively identify and engage high-value growth opportunities. In addition, you will champion and evangelize ABX across the organization, demonstrating how a tailored approach can significantly impact revenue and customer satisfaction.
