The Abrysvo Maternal Consumer Lead is a leadership role in the consumer vaccines franchise
Consumer Business Lead for both OA & Maternal Abrysvo Businesses, partnering closely with the Asset leaders and other channel leads on the business, and quarterbacking/partnering to develop the right consumer strategies to meet business needs.
Responsible for the insights, strategies, and branded campaigns in support of both businesses, partnering with vaccines colleagues & CMO/Pfizer brand where aligned to execute and optimize
The role will require the ability to identify and understand complex drivers of consumer behavior across many broad dimensions, develop meaningful insights, and create compelling strategies to influence consumer behavior against audiences that have a high propensity to vaccinate. The ideal candidate will have high learning agility and demonstrated prior success in leading key marketing and strategic initiatives.

Ensure business needs & consumer insights are well represented in all portfolio work & ensure indication specific executions are aligned to Asset priorities
Senior leader in partnership with RC, senior internal stakeholders, and CMO
Scenario planning with product team on competitive dynamics/indication priorities
Budget/resource allocation management
Media partnership, including prioritization of budget between channels & buy up/cut back decisions in partnership with media
Leadership in measurement and optimization strategies from first portfolio season to advance within 2026 framework
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop the overall vaccines strategies for consumer segments to strengthen and broaden appropriate vaccination
Co-manage the consumer portfolio media plan with responsibility for investment and/or re-distribution recommendations (if necessary)
Lead the execution of organizational plans to meet critical business planning deliverables including annual operating plan and annual indication-specific and portfolio consumer tactics
Exhibit a high performance, values driven approach to develop strategies, identify opportunities, and manage key issues to achieve revenue objectives
Actively contributes to overall strategy for the brand portfolio, development of the team and accountability for the culture and environment
Work closely with CMO on unbranded assets, ensuring clarity on brief process and alignment of ways of working
Coach/player model with colleagues that will need mentorship and synchronization but not official reporting responsibility.
Responsible for the management the budget to optimize resource allocation in support of portfolio & brand objectives

Partner with Pfizer IIS team to ensure that all consumer tactics are measurable to drive future channel investment decisions and continuous improvement of consumer assets
Collaborate and align with marketing team counterparts and cross-functional team members to ensure the plans work in synergy to deliver business objectives
Develop and maintain key partnerships in alignment with Pfizer Corporate Affairs colleagues as appropriate
Conduct all responsibilities in accordance with Company policies, with a strong adherence to our Values including compliance
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's and 12+ years of experience, OR Master's and 10+ years of experience
Experience in consumer marketing strategy; digital as well as more traditional communication channel tactics
Documented ability to effectively engage with stakeholders to drive behavior change
Proven market development, customer experience, and segmentation experience
Strong business acumen including demonstrated strategic marketing and analytical thinking skills
Strong project management, coordination skills across large groups of cross-functional teams
Demonstrated ability to ideate on a strategy and then pull that through into successful execution
An absolute commitment to adherence to all applicable compliance rules and regulations
Breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Advanced degree
10+ years of consumer marketing experience preferred
Prior Vaccines experience helpful, but not required

Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team and lead colleagues outside of a direct reporting relationship through influence and persuasion.
