**In this role, you will:**
+ Lead or participate in conducting complex single and multiple division exams on current and potential borrowers’ financial records within Financial Collateral Examination and contribute to large-scale planning related to functional area deliverables
+ Review and analyze moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges such as exams or related to exams that require an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors
+ Ensure that financial records represent sound accounting procedures
+ Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet functional area deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of Financial Collateral Examination functional area, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
+ Collaborate and consult with Financial Collateral Examination peers, colleagues, and middle level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals within Financial Collateral Examination functional area
+ Lead Financial Collateral Examination projects and teams, or serve as a mentor for less experienced individuals
**Required Qualifications:**
+ 4+ years of Financial Collateral Examination experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
**Desired Qualifications:**
+ 4+ years of collateral examination experience
+ Strong understanding of Accounting
+ Finance or Accounting Background
+ Advanced Excel Skills
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Ability to work independently and in a team environment
+ Excellent customer service experience
+ Able to anticipate and adapt to rapidly changing, growth-oriented environment
+ Outstanding problem solving and decision-making skills
+ Proficient knowledge of business practices and processes
+ Strong excel and data mining experience.
**Job Expectations:**
+ Ability to travel up to 50%
+ Valid US Passport
+ This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
+ May be considered for a discretionary bonus, Restricted Share Rights or other long-term incentive awards
