Principle Functional Responsibilities:Help in participating in physical inventory. Data entry, writing tags and reconciliation.Help ensure raw materials are available in necessary time frame to support production.Help review MRP and place orders for raw materials.Be responsible for outside warehouse inventory and deliveries  of raw materialAssist in return of nonconforming materials.Systematically help provide reports for consignment level to suppliers and accounting.Receive incoming raw materials into SAP.Ability to utilize SOP’s and CDA’s as resource documentsAbility to perform mathematical calculationsResponsible for outside warehouse inventory and deliveries  of raw materialCommunicate with suppliers via phone,fax,emailReconciliation of supplier packing slip and invoice discrepancies with receiving and accountingResponsible for cycle checks for all raw materialsClearing Cogi- issuing raw materials to shop floorProduce Labels for all raw materialsManage incoming railcars and releasesInput all raw material in SAPManage tags / assign location for all raw material /keep ongoing inventory of on hand supplyAssist in scrap inventory obsolete​
