Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Logistics Management SME to coordinates and optimizes supply chains to ensure the efficient, cost-effective movement of goods and services, material maintenance, transportation, inventory, data analysis, and collaboration across various teams and functional areas. **This position is located in Ramstein AFB, Germany (International Assignment) **NO REMOTE WORK**
What You'll Be Doing:
Provides logistics support for program efforts to plan coordinate and support supply chain planning, training, maintenance management, transportation, facilities storage, and logistics analysis and reports
Supports contract changes and program efforts relating to government furnished property and government furnished equipment
Oversee the development of acquisition logistics products that will be the basis for follow-on sustainment contracting efforts
Coordinate and evaluate logistics support in consideration of the Twelve (12) Integrated Product Support Elements in accordance with Department of Defense (DoD) guidance
Addresses complex logistical issues that may impact multiple activities
Tracking of hardware & software maintenance & repair actions
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years logistics/product support management experience OR
Associate degree plus 8 years logistics/product support management experience (relevant military experience may be considered in leu of degree)
Knowledge of supply chain management
Oversee the development of acquisition logistics products that will be the basis for follow-on sustainment contracting efforts
Experience supporting hardware/software development
Experience providing logistics support for program efforts to plan coordinate and support supply chain planning, training, maintenance management, transportation, facilities storage, and logistics analysis and reports
DoD Secret clearance required
