Position Details:
· StartDate: ~2 weeks after offer acceptance
· Duration:Full 2025–2026 School Year
· Schedule:Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM – 2:30 PM
· Location:Duxbury, MA
About the Role:
Lead a substantially separate classroom for students with Autism SpectrumDisorder (ASD) and related disabilities.
· GradeLevel: 3rd–5th grade
· Classroom:Sub-separate program with 3 students
· Team:Collaborate with two experienced paraprofessionals (third being hired)
Responsibilities:
· Implementindividualized education plans (IEPs)
· Developbehavioral plans using ABA principles
· Deliveracademic and behavioral instruction
· Superviseand guide paraprofessionals
· Collectand analyze student progress data
Qualifications:
· DESEElementary Special Education Teacher Licensure
· Experiencewith Autism and behavioral challenges
· Knowledgeof ABA strategies and IEP implementation

The Behavior Technician works to facilitate educational and behavioral services with children and adults with special needs and collaborates with school professionals and other behavioral specialists to achieve learning and behavioral goals and objectives.
Minimum Requirements:
+ High School diploma or equivalent required
+ Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred
+ Current CPR if applicable
+ TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
+ Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
+ Must be at least 18 years of age
