**Regional Director – ABA Operations Management**
**Must live in GA, SC, NC or surrounding states.**

As ABA Regional Director, you will be responsible for operational management of all ABA clinics across North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia.
+ Implement the strategic direction for ABA operations and ensures alignment with state business goals and objectives.
+ Oversee the quality of services provided including implementing initiatives to improve quality.
+ Execute regional core growth strategy to increase census, maximize utilization and occupancy percentages; identify and participate in new start development initiatives, and identify potential acquisition partners.
+ Oversee strategic and blueprint planning to grow business across the state; incorporate growth and budgetary planning; review best practices across clinics; maintain a healthy and productive business showing year-over-year growth.
+ Direct business development and operations personnel in efforts to grow revenue, maintain margin and meet annual growth plans; encourage state and regional development to serve new populations and drive geographic and service line expansion; encourage and approve new start or other core development initiatives.
+ Promote relationships with payers, competition, and other stakeholders; identify opportunities by following industry trends, responding to payer needs, and requests for proposal.
+ Implement regional strategies to maintain and foster relations with individuals receiving services, families, and guardians; oversee implementation of individuals supported satisfaction surveys, and implement enhancement plans.
+ Responsible for the financial performance of a regional business unit, review financial statements, oversees regional purchasing, and ensures billing compliance and documentation.
+ Provide leadership including direct supervision of Area Directors and/or Program Directors and the regional support team; implements Network employee practices; oversees regional safety and workers’ compensation implementation.
+ Partner with ABA Operational Leaders across the Sevita enterprise to streamline processes and maximize efficiencies, while producing the highest quality outcomes.
**_Qualifications:_**
+ Master’s degree Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
+ Active BCBA Certification
+ Minimum 5 years of related experience with significant operational and management experience in ABA - with at least 2 years in multi-site leadership or director-level role
+ Proven success in growing ABA clinics
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
+ Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
+ Effective communication skills to manage relationships
+ Demonstrated skills with motivating team and driving results to meet goals.
+ Strong leadership skills with an ability to influence others and drive change; “hands-on” leader who promotes collaboration through example.
+ Strong identification with the Company’s mission and our commitment to the people we serve and the services we provide.
**Work Environment & Travel:**
+ Travel required to assigned clinic locations (up to 30–50% depending on geography).
+ Hybrid position with regular travel to centers within assigned state(s) based on regional needs.
