About the Role We’re seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians/Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). In this role, you’ll play a vital part in delivering high-quality ABA services to students diagnosed with autism and related developmental disabilities. What You’ll Do: * Implement evidence-based ABA programs under the guidance of our BCBA Case Supervisors. * Provide one-on-one instruction to clients using innovative ABA strategies. *Collect and manage data to track client progress and outcomes. * Collaborate with families, offering support and guidance tailored to their needs. * Participate in data analysis and behavior planning with our dynamic team.

What We’re Looking For: * Education: A minimum of a high school diploma is required. * Certification: RBT certification is highly preferred. Candidates who have completed the 40-hour RBT training are strongly encouraged to apply. * Passion: A genuine commitment to improving the lives of individuals with autism. * Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build strong, positive relationships with clients, families, and caregivers. * Organizational Skills: Adept at managing multiple tasks efficiently. * Physical Capability: Ability to engage actively with small children, including sitting, standing, running, and climbing stairs as needed. * Reliable Transportation: Must have dependable transportation to travel within San Diego County. * Self-Motivation: A proactive approach and a drive to make a difference.
