**Job Description:**
**Responsibilities**
+ Support the process knowledge owner in collaboration with SCH teams, primarily Inventory Intercompany team, key affiliates, and CS stakeholders.
+ Coordinate accounting processes within the team (BSAR, JE, Allocations, IC balance confirmations, reporting, month-end close procedures, OOB issues, GR/IR discrepancies).
+ Ensure timely and compliant recording of transactions in the general ledger.
+ Provide process knowledge transfer and training to team members.
+ Lead, develop, and coach the team.
+ Review and approve closing activities.
+ Support improvements, automation, and process changes within the team.
+ Provide necessary support for Audit and Compliance requests, as well as Local Finance and other ad hoc requests.
**Accountabilities**
+ Analyze areas for improvement and lead implementation, including organizing and delivering training for team members.
+ Collaborate closely on end-to-end processes related to the assigned MRC.
+ Proactively and promptly respond to queries, provide support, and act as a partner to GS Finance teams, Local affiliates, Sourcing affiliates, Project teams, Standardization and Compliance teams.

**Qualifications / Skills / Experience**
+ Financial background or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
+ Advanced MS Office skills (especially Excel)
+ Advanced knowledge of ERPs (e.g., SAP)
+ Proficient in written and spoken English
+ Strong stakeholder management skills
+ Resilient under pressure
+ Well-organized with strong time management and prioritization skills
+ Assertive and results-oriented
+ Proactive in seeking and implementing improvements
+ Strong leadership and influencing skills
**Advantages:**
