Are you ready to go beyond? **What You Will Do:** As Tech Support (A&P Mechanic), you will perform a variety of duties, including but not limited to technical analysis of product implementations, modifications and enhancements to products in accordance with specific customer specifications. Also, you will manage services, logistics and provisioning, quantity surveying, and configurations to assigned customers. Tech Support (A&P Mechanic) may also troubleshoot technical problems and issues, recommending actions to company or customer representatives while assessing product needs in accordance with customer specifications. You will proudly serve as local on-site RTX representative to the customer's organization, managing statements of work to meet customer and contract requirements. This position will work on our 1st shift, which is Monday-Thursday from 5:30AM-3:30PM. _Pratt & Whitney in Bridgeport, WV is a FAA regulated facility and as such under the U.S. Departments of Transportation’s Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). This position is considered safety sensitive in accordance with FAA Guidelines. Candidate will be subject to drug and alcohol testing per FAA’s regulation 14 CFR part 120, as well as 49 CFR part 40._ **Key Responsibilities:** + Servicing, operating, maintaining, repairing and removing equipment + Manage technical products + Technical analysis of product modifications/enhancements in accordance with customer expectations + Make recommendations to customers based on product needs/findings + There is up to 25% travel for this role **Qualifications You Must Have:** + High School Diploma + Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License + Associate’s degree (or other 2 year post High School Training) with knowledge and understanding of the inspection of engine parts, refurbishment, troubleshooting, repairs and Return to Service of engines, modules, and components. **Qualifications we Prefer:** + Shop/Bench refurbishment experience. + Prior PW300, PW500, and JT15D shop experience + Degree in Aviation Maintenance preferred. + Proven verbal and written communication skills. + Heavy hangar/FBO/field experience - rigging, aircraft interface This role is: + **Onsite** : Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite.
