About the Role

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking skilled A & P Mechanics to support our clients in the aviation industry. Whether you're just starting out or bring years of experience, this is your opportunity to work on cutting-edge aircraft and grow your career in a high-demand field.

What You’ll Do

Inspect and examine aircraft components, diagnosing malfunctions as needed

Read and interpret blueprints, maintenance manuals, ATA codes, and service bulletins

Perform routine maintenance, including powerplant and component replacements

Complete tasks efficiently and to FAA, customer, and company quality standards

Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and parts usage

Qualifications

Required:

Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license

Experience using hand tools, reading schematics, and following work instructions

Ability to lift over 30 lbs

Familiarity with aviation industry standards and procedures

Preferred:

3–5+ years of experience (entry-level candidates may be considered depending on client needs)

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Pay Details: $23.00 to $45.00 per hour
