**Job Title: A&P Mechanic** **Job Description** As an A&P Mechanic, you will perform maintenance in a Part 145 Repair Station, specializing in turbine aircraft such as Citation, Falcon, Textron, Cirrus, and Gulfstream. Your primary duties will include conducting heavy maintenance and performing phase inspections. **Responsibilities** + Perform heavy maintenance and inspections on turbine aircraft. + Conduct annual, 100-hour, and 300-hour inspections. + Specialize in maintenance of corporate aircraft within a Part 145 Repair Station. + Ensure compliance with MRO standards. **Essential Skills** + A&P license + Minimum of 2+ years of experience + Experience with turbine engine aircraft + Experience with Citation or King Air aircraft + Valid driver's license + High school diploma or equivalent **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Turbine engine aircraft experience preferred + Citation or King Air aircraft experience highly preferred + Must provide own tools **Why Work Here?** Enjoy great benefits and competitive pay, including seven paid holidays per year and three weeks of earned Personal Time Off (PTO). The day starts at 8 AM with an all-hands meeting where inspection documents are given, followed by moving from one task to another. Lunch is 30 minutes, and there are 15-minute breaks at 10 AM and 2 PM. Work is project-driven within a team of 14 employees. Anticipate a 40-hour work week, with overtime scheduled ahead of time based on project needs. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Manassas, Virginia. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
