CACI has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed, 7th Material Support Command (7MSC) Mission Partner (MP) Lead/Cybersecurity Engineer, Senior. This position is in support of the USAEUR Mission Partner 7MSC located in Kaiserslautern, Germany. This position is located OCONUS.
Responsibilities:
Single point of contact for the 7th Material Support Command (7MSC) requirements; responsible and accountable for contractual and technical performance
Provides management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership of the engineering and service delivery of the multiple complex intelligence engineering solutions for 7MSC, including support for transition-in
Provides overall leadership and guidance for all contractor personnel, including subcontractors, assigned to the 7MSC services team, including assigning tasks to contractor personnel, supervising ongoing technical efforts, and managing overall performance of 7MSC requirements
Collaborates with the Mission Modernization and Innovation Team (M2IT) to tailor EMITS 2 standardized processes and procedures to meet 7MSC requirements
Manages 7MSC cybersecurity engineering and services support
Manages a specific project or projects assigned by the PM or the Government, including project requirements, scope, budget, schedule, and performance
Monitors, adjusts, and reports on the project’s performance, budget, and schedule
Provides interim progress reviews to the Government on an as-needed basis
Designs and implements cybersecurity solutions, analyzes complex security issues, and develops effective solutions and incident response to maintain cyber readiness and limit impacts
Provides support for security incident response team requirements, including inspections, audits, policy review, strategy development, and recommendations
Conducts security Assessment and Authorization (A&A), including documentation, and uses the Risk Management Framework (RMF) in security practices
Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high-impact assignments
Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments
Supervises a team of 2 to 4 personnel
Qualifications:
Required:
Currently hold an adjudicated Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
BA/BS +8-12 years experience
Certification – 8140 - CGRC/CAP or CASP+ or CCSP or Cloud+ or SSCP or Security+ or GSEC
Exhibits extensive experience in cybersecurity leadership and project management, preferably within military or government settings.
Demonstrates expertise in intelligence engineering solutions and complex cybersecurity systems, including strong skills in risk management, security assessment, and incident response with familiarity with the Risk Management Framework (RMF).
Showcases proven ability to lead and manage teams, including contractors and subcontractors.
Displays proficiency in tailoring standardized processes to meet specific organizational needs.
Excels at managing multiple high-impact projects simultaneously, with a focus on requirements, budgets, schedules, and performance metrics.
Demonstrates experience in providing progress reviews to government stakeholders.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
