King's Academy is a Christian homeschool hybrid program in Laguna Niguel, CA.that has 6th grade multi-subject teaching position open for the 2025-26 academic year. Teacher provides instruction in grammar, writing, math, and history. The maximum class size is 16 students. Teacher will present instruction of course content, facilitate learning opportunities, and assess student participation and achievement. They must be fully committed to King's Academy's mission of providing a quality education in an intentional Christ-honoring community of faith, belief, and practice. In addition, they must support and encourage a homeschooling mindset among King's Academy students and parents to help King's Academy families take ownership of their educational journey and outcomes. Candidate must uphold biblical values and maintain good standing in a local Christian church. They must have the ability to clearly, professionally, and effectively communicate with staff, students, and parents through written and verbal means. Homeschooling experience is preferred but not required. Responsibilities: 8:45 am to 3:45 pm, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, September to May, 2025-26 (21 hours/week, 34 weeks/year)
