The Role

Airswift’s Paris office is recruiting a TEKLA Designer to support structural design activities for offshore steel structures within a major EPC project.
You will work within the structural discipline to model, detail, and prepare technical documentation using TEKLA and MicroStation, ensuring full compliance with technical standards and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities Model offshore steel structures within TEKLA Prepare and update 2D drawings using MicroStation Generate fabrication and assembly drawings extracted from TEKLA models Convert TEKLA models into S3D format Perform detailed design of modular offshore steel structures Produce quantity take?off sheets and support documentation Ensure high-quality technical deliverables aligned with project standards Support coordination with structural engineers and other disciplines Profile Experience Minimum 5 years in structural or steel design, ideally within Offshore / Oil & Gas environments Technical Skills Proficiency in TEKLA (mandatory) Strong command of MicroStation (2D drafting) Understanding of offshore installations and modular steel structures Ability to develop complex assembly and arrangement solutions Knowledge of welding standards (e.g., AWS symbols) Soft Skills Autonomous and proactive Strong communication skills Ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary engineering team Next Step
