Our client, a leader in the technology sector, is seeking a 5DX Programmer/Technician to join their team. As a 5DX Programmer/Technician, you will be part of the engineering department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** 5DX Programmer/Technician
**Location:** Milpitas, CA
**Pay Range:** $25.00-$30.00/hr
**Shift:** Day Shift (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM)
**What's the Job?**
+ Responsible for 5DX programming and X-ray inspections for complex PCA.
+ Create 5DX inspection programs for NPI PCAs and revision updates for production PCAs.
+ Order fixtures and tooling, fine-tune programs after the first board is available.
+ Analyze inspection results, identify defects, and improve programs based on test results.
+ Participate in Lean/Kaizen events to enhance cycle times and yields.
**What's Needed?**
+ Strong knowledge of both Agilent 5DX and Omron 5DX operation.
+ 4-5 years hands-on experience in creating programs for 5DX/AOI.
+ AS degree in Electronics Technician.
+ Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
+ Proficient in computer applications including MS Word and MS Excel.
