Compensation: $26-29/hourLocation: The Woodlands, TXAssignment Duration: 3 months+Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, hybrid, 40 hours +Benefits: Comprehensive with 401K, holidays and PTO Responsibilities Run reports out of ADP for 401(k) and Spending AccountsLoad files to Fidelity for 401(k) and Spending AccountsResolve errors in Fidelity for 401(k) and Spending AccountsCode general ledger entries for 401(k) funding and HSA fundingProperly document reconciliations and issue resolutions, as well as the funding process for audits of 401(k) funding and Spending AccountsAnswer emails regarding 401(k) or Spending Account questionsRun reports from ADP to load for nonqualified planSubmit invoices related to various retirement and spending accounts for payment and g/l postings Qualifications Must have 5 years of experience with 401(k) and Health Spending AccountsStrong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and V-LookupExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Must be task-oriented and able to consistently meet deadlinesKnowledge of ADP Workforce Now and ADP ModulesMust have knowledge and administration of 401(k) plans and day-to-day activities, including loading and funding of contributionsMust have experience working with FidelityCEBS certification would be beneficialHigh School diploma or GED required
