Airswift is seeking a 3rd. Engineer to work on a Contractor position for 3 months with an Oil and Gas Company. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES? 

Carry out watchkeeping duties and other orders described in the “Permanent Orders of the Chief Engineer”;

Replace the Deputy Chief Engineer in his absence or impediment;

Record the occurrences of the watch service in the Engine Room Logbook;

Undertake repair services that can be performed with onboard resources, in addition to the maintenance and adjustment of various equipment;

Operate and ensure the proper functioning of engines, electrical system, refrigeration system, pumps, steering system, cargo handling equipment, fuel oil system, lubrication system, and others as instructed by the superior;

Perform planned and routine maintenance on the equipment under his responsibility;

Participate in the vessel’s refueling operations when in service.
