Job Description:

Operates slitting machines to convert thermal transfer ribbon into rolls on cores according to order specifications, ensuring accuracy and quality throughout the process. Responsible for meeting established weekly, monthly, and annual production output targets while following standard operating and safety procedures.

Responsibilities:

To set up and operate slitting machines according to the appropriate “machine operator’s manual” under direction of the supervisor.Carry and supply materials to the machines.Remove finished product from the machine.Supervisors will determine the machine each operator is assigned to. Operators will be cross- trained to operate different machines.

Education: High School/GED

High School Diploma or GED; or related experience and/or training; or combination of education and experience.

Experience: 6 months
