Job Title: 3rd Shift Production Operator

Job Description

As a 3rd Shift Production Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery used in the manufacturing process. You will work both individually and as part of a team to deliver consistent work and report accurate information in a timely manner. Success in this position requires producing timely, high-quality output while adhering to company quality and production standards. You will be committed to continuous improvement, preparing machinery for operation through routine maintenance and safety checks.

ResponsibilitiesPrepare machinery for operation by performing routine maintenance tasks and conducting safety checks.Set up and operate production machines in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.Monitor machines during operation to ensure products meet quality standards.Conduct regular in-process inspections to ensure quality control standards.Troubleshoot equipment and make necessary adjustments to fix any issues that arise during production.Record data such as production numbers, machine settings, and product quality data.Follow safety protocols and adhere to the proper use of PPE.Consistently meet production requirements.Maintain a safe and clean work area.Follow company rules and participate in cross-training and other training requirements.Essential SkillsProduction and machine operating skills.Ability to use a computer to enter activities in ERP system.Mechanical inclination and inspection capabilities.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to speak and read English effectively.Ability to read and interpret gauges and record measurements.Ability to understand safety rules, MSDS, operating, and maintenance instructions.Ability to stand for 8–10-hour shifts.Prior experience preferred but not required.Good verbal and written communication skills.Strong time management capabilities.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
