**Job Description Summary**
The 3rd Shift Coach will be responsible for the operation and execution of the Auburn Operations. In this role you will lead and advance an engaged workforce within a high performing team environment. You will balance the day-to-day tactical operations associated with a traditional coach role while working with manufacturing and support teams to form strategic production control plans.
The role will be on-site only.
**Job Description**
**Roles and Responsibilities:**
+ Provide daily "shop floor" leadership with respect to EHS, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Productivity to assigned teams (100% on time ATS/concern reports, CVP ownership, Aged WIP, FTY, etc.)
+ Champion an inclusive team focused culture through shop op rhythms, KPI ownership and collaborative problem solving
+ Provide leadership in scheduling resources, technical leadership and facilitating the flow of hardware to meet customer requirements
+ Perform administrative duties including time & attendance, self-audits, disciplinary procedures etc.
+ Collaborate with other functional teams to ensure requirements are met (including quality, cost, scope & cycle)
+ Coach and develop employees to support individual performance development as well as Ops Tech Associates
+ Support initiatives to achieve goals in asset utilization and process improvement
+ Solve problems, set direction, eliminate waste, own visual management
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (or a High School Diploma/GED with minimum of 4 years of manufacturing experience)
