3rd Level Support Engineer
Kforce has a client in the Computer Technology industry looking for a motivated 3rd Level Support Engineer to join their support team in Spring, TX. You'll be at the forefront of diagnosing and resolving complex issues across notebooks, desktops, and Chromebooks for enterprise customers. Experience with network connectivity is preferred. Responsibilities: * Investigate and resolve advanced network-related issues such as connectivity failures, driver conflicts, VPN disruptions, and firewall configurations * Collaborate with customers, account teams, and engineering groups to replicate and diagnose issues in lab environments * Analyze trace logs and diagnostic data to identify root causes of network failures * Work with internal R&D and external vendors (e.g., Microsoft, Intel, AMD) to triage and resolve complex problems * Document resolutions and contribute to knowledge-sharing resources for future support cases * Participate in global team calls and support efforts across time zones
