Job Description:
The 3PL Manager is responsible to Plan, Coordinate and Supervise all the activities related to the Calamanda and reverse logistics finished goods warehouses within the organization (MARS) and 3PL
This position is the owner of the continuity of the operation, conflict /WOW alignment with the 3PL and guarantee the financial $/ton spend of the sites.
This position will create the long-term transformation strategy of the site and continually evaluate and improve service and costs of MX PN modern trade network. This will be accomplished through building and developing an effective team, network evaluations, systems integration, conflict management and process improvements, as well as developing analytical and technical skills.
The 3Pl Manager will work with peers in Customer Service, Supply Planning, Transportation, MGS, Quality, manufacturing and S&F to meet customer requirements while keeping expenditure within plan.
3PL Manager will effectively partner with the operation 3PL to ensure processes are correctly executed and adherence to process is in place. Will also work with them to create productivity projects to reduce cost and improve service levels.
