Role: The role will be part of Amazon Last Mile operations for Turkey. The role is a combination of strategic and tactical interventions to improve last mile operations cost, customer experience and delivery quality.
The role would involve the following:
1. Manage last mile network loss program to deliver defect reduction in shrinkages, damages and delivered not received shipments
2. Works with carriers managing delivery quality, scan compliance and productivity cycle
3. Deliver BI and analytics solution to streamline and automate 3PL last mile daily and weekly dive deeps
4. Support overal Turkey last mile network strategy based on business needs
We are looking for somebody who is keen on working in fast-paced environment, thinking of new and innovative solutions to increase the bar on customer experience, while also willing to go into daily metrics and deep dive into root causes. The role is a mix of strategic, tactical and operational aspects.
