First Student is now hiring a 310T Licensed Mechanic to join our shop in Ancaster, Ontario. As a key member of our maintenance team, you’ll help ensure the safety and reliability of our iconic yellow school buses—making a real difference in your community every day.

What You’ll Do

As a First Student Mechanic, you’ll be responsible for:

Performing routine maintenance and repairs on brakes, suspensions, drivetrains, and transmissionsDiagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issuesCompleting work orders and documentationAssisting with mobile emergency repairs as needed

What We’re Looking For

You may be a great fit if you:

Hold a valid 310T Truck and Coach Technician licenseHave experience with diesel, automotive, electric, or CNG vehiclesOwn a complete set of mechanic’s toolsAre safety-focused and eager to grow your skills through ASE testing
