Job Title: Temp Data Entry Clerk – Urgently Hiring!

Pay: $20–$22/hour DOE

Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

We are seeking a Temp Data Entry Clerk for a 3–4 month temporary project for our client, a company with a fast-paced scheduling and production environment located in Gorham, ME. The Temp Data Entry Clerk will provide critical administrative support to the scheduling team, ensuring data accuracy and helping to streamline operations. The Temp Data Entry Clerk will be successful in this role by consistently delivering accurate work, meeting deadlines, and adapting to shifting priorities while working independently. This is a business casual environment with no pre-employment requirements.


As a Temp Data Entry Clerk, you will:

Enter, update, and maintain data with a high degree of accuracy.

Create and format spreadsheets, presentations, and reports in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.

Communicate regularly with schedulers, supervisors, and managers to coordinate tasks and resolve discrepancies.

Support labor balancing in the ERP system, reconciling machine run times due to missed punches or downtime.

Organize and manage workload to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.


The ideal candidate for this role will have:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous administrative assistant or data entry experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, especially formatting.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple competing priorities.

Excellent communication skills.
