Responsibilities:
This position works alongside our engineering team, providing crucial hands-on support to ensure the delivery of high-quality, continuous-operation industrial products.
- Assemble & fabricate actuators, motor control boards, power control systems, and switching modules
- Test & Troubleshoot issues with returned or defective industrial components
- Provide direct technical support to customers via the phone and email regarding installation and operation
- Generate and modify wiring diagrams for specialized product configurations
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Bonus skills that are not required, but would make for a more ideal candidate:
- Familiarity with PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), SCADA Systems, and Communication Protocols
- Experience with Autodesk Inventor or AutoCAD for design/documentation
