Glenburnie Rehab & Nursing is looking for a Registered Nurse Supervisor for the 3pm-11pm shift to supervise day-to-day nursing activities of the facility and be an integral part of the Nursing Administrative Team.  to care for our Residents and facilitate their speedy recovery. Candidate will be part of the professional Nursing Administrative Team and work collaboratively to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained for all of our residents.

Qualifications:

Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse

Must have, as a minimum, one (1) year of experience as a supervisor in a hospital, nursing care facility, or other health care facility

Must be computer proficient

Must possess the ability to plan, organize and interpret policy and procedures, etc., that are necessary for providing quality care

Basic knowledge of professional, State, Federal and regulatory standards
