It is Unilever’s in-house centre of business partnering and operational excellence in the area of finance services, supply chain, customs, procurement, integrated planning and performance delivery. There are 300 people in Katowice Hub.

The modern Katowice Hub office, whose interiors were designed according to the principles of sustainable development, is located in the city centre of Katowice, Poland.
We are working in the hybrid way to use the time spent in the office to influence collaboration and straighten the team spirit, using special designed for this purpose office areas. 

JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

Be part of project teams that make an impact in 2Y Logistics across EU

Perform in-depth analysis to derive insights on operational optimizations, identify opportunities, and deliver recommendations

Drive workstreams with countries and/or partners to gather information and align insights of strategic & operational importance with stakeholders

Partner with internal and external teams to identify advanced analytical tools/mechanisms using internal data lakes and external sources (e.g., Reuters Tax Portal, Nielsen etc.)

Work on data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) to support data driven storytelling for senior stakeholders

Support in preparation of presentation decks for key stakeholder discussions

Work on continuous improvement initiatives on data analytics focussing on more readily accessible and easily replicable analysis usable for multiple countries

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

Experience in advanced Excel, Power BI, Power query, PowerPoint

Prior experience in E2E Supply Chain (Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Strategic Planning)

Experience in data driven decision making and storytelling with data

Highly analytical mind-set with strong ability to identify, troubleshoot, problem solve and resolve issues while driving simplification and continuous improvement

Can work and build rapport with stakeholders across functions and seniority, in a multicultural environment

Strong ethical standards regarding the handling of confidential business information
