**Job Description** **Please Note this position supports our 2nd Shift. You will be paid a 10% Pay Premium while working the 2nd Shift from 2:30PM to 1 AM - 4/10 work week - Working Monday to Thursday every Friday off.** In this role the you will manage a team of about twenty technicians in a fast paced circuit card manufacturing setting. + Manage technicians, operators, and inspectors in the Post-SMT manual assembly area. + Assign daily work and manage priorities through hand assembly, soldering operations, Mechanical Electric Press (MEP), Underfill operations, inspection, conformal coat operations and rework activities. + Monitor quality, cost, and delivery performance while providing daily feedback on performance in order to improve day to day. + Responsible for hiring and crosstraining activities to support manufacturing rate plans and output goals. + Manage and maintain a healthy and safe environment. + Monitor preventative maintenance procedures to ensure safety and operational reliability and performance. + Conduct min-year and year end performance reviews. + Coordination of weekly and overtime staffing needs. + Improve Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ) metrics and Hours per Unit (HPU) performance. **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** + Bachelor's Degree or 5 years equivalent experience in a factory management setting + Prior people manager experience + Comfortable dealing with interpersonal issues and conflict resolution **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + Bachelor's degree and 5 years working in circuit card manufacturing + Understanding of IPC-610 and/or J-Std 001 workmanship standards **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $67406 - $114590 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures.
