Assist, Coach, and Train employees as needed.\u00A0

Encourage /coach employees to\u00A0live\u00A0Trane Technologies Principals.\u00A0

Be a change agent. Demonstrate\u00A0positive\u00A0and proactive attitude.\u00A0\u00A0

Will be\u00A0required\u00A0to\u00A0lift up\u00A0to 40 pounds.\u00A0

Follow\u00A0 work\u00A0instructions in positive manner from Supervisors and peers.\u00A0

Must be able to follow standard work, complete production and maintenance\u00A0records\u00A0and other documentation related to operations.\u00A0
