Schedule: Tues (1:30pm-8pm) Wed & Thurs (1:30pm-9pm) Fri (1:30pm-1:00am) Sat (6:30pm-1:00am) + Conduct regular walking patrols of assigned areas to identify and report any identified security and safety concerns. + The ability to remain calm, solve problems, and act effectively in a critical situation. + Monitor and control access points, checking identification and credentials of individuals entering or exiting premises. + Climb up to 3 floors of stairs without stopping. + Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, emergencies, and incidents following established procedures. + Maintain precise and detailed logs documenting activities, incidents, and notable observations, facilitating comprehensive reporting and analysis for enhanced security measures. + Deliver exceptional customer service by actively assisting and addressing inquiries or concerns from visitors, employees, or clients, cultivating a positive and secure environment. + Ability to enforce property rules as set by the client in a non-confrontational Security Engineers, Inc.
