Temp-to-Hire position$19.00 /hourFull Time work availableSecond Shift (Monday through Friday from 02:00pm to 10:00pm)Operate RSA machinery to meet production schedules.Perform 1st piece approval and part measurements using basic metrology tools.Lubricate and maintain machine components (motor slides, vises, ball screws, etc.).Monitor oil levels, change cutting tools safely, and input measurements accurately.Clean and maintain machine and surrounding areas daily.Follow safety regulations, TS16949, and ISO 14001 standards.Document production activities, adjustments, and maintenance tasks.Assist with minor troubleshooting as needed.Participate in overtime as required.2nd Shift RSA Machine Operator Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.2+ years of experience in production machine operation.Basic CNC or Swiss lathe knowledge preferred.Ability to read blueprints and use manual measuring tools.Strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and teamwork skills.Excellent attendance and reliability.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
