2nd Shift Quality Engineer

Summary: Seeking a 2nd Shift Manufacturing Engineer with expertise in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to improve manufacturing processes for ruggedized circuit boards in defense applications.

Requirements:

BS degree required Must be willing to work second shift (2:30 PM - 11:30 PM) on a 9/80 schedule US Citizens only Experience in Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma continuous improvement methodologies Industrial Engineering background Process Improvement experience

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA)

Responsibilities:

Review and develop manufacturing process improvements Implement corrective actions to reduce stoppages/bottlenecks Address quality production issues as they arise Coordinate with supply chain for material needs Document performance indicators

Pay Details: $36.00 to $45.00 per hour
