Spherion is hiring for 2nd Shift Production Workers in Burgettstown. The Production Worker position offers a Monday through Thursday schedule working four 10 hour days from 3:30p-2a. Overtime is always available on Friday. The Production Workers will start on the 1st shift for a required training period to ensure you have the skills needed for the job and then will switch to 2nd shift. Once on 2nd shift, your pay will be increased to $19-20/hour.

Production Workers will be responsible for properly sealing windows with rubber around the edges to ensure no material gets past the seal.

Responsibilities:

Utilizing hand and power tools to assemble windows, tracks, and panelsMeeting production quotas and standardsMaintaining a clean and safe working environmentProviding feedback to supervisorsAssisting in other production areas as needed

Education: No formal education required.

Experience: 6 months

Hand/Power Tools

Physical:

Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds

Skills:

Must be able to use hand and power tools efficientlyMust be able to work in a safe manner
