What’s in it for you:

 

The Catalog Assembly Production Supervisor oversees daily operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality performance across the production area. This role is responsible for maintaining area performance, ensuring issues are resolved at the appropriate level or escalated promptly, and managing change points and process updates.

The supervisor must have a strong understanding of process, safety, and quality requirements to effectively teach, coach, and audit within the team. They lead problem solving for recurring or complex issues, approve sequence and schedule changes, and drive improvement activities that support operational excellence. Additional responsibilities include managing attendance and staffing needs, supporting Team Leaders in fulfilling their roles, completing Leader Standard Work and Daily Management Excellence (DME) activities, managing corrective actions when required, and overseeing SQDIP performance.

This role does not regularly perform Team Leader duties, run daily containment, or perform operator work except when necessary.

What you will do: 

Responsible for:

Maintaining area performance

Ensuring problems are resolved at the right level or escalated on time

Managing change points and process updates

Understand process, safety and quality requirements to be able to teach and audit

Leading problem solving for recurring or larger issues

Sequence and schedule change approval

Supporting and implementing improvement activities

Managing attendance and staffing needs

Supporting Team Leaders in following their roles

Completing Leader Standard Work

Completing Daily Management Excellence (DME) activities

Managing corrective actions when needed

Managing SQDIP performance

Not Responsible For:

Regularly performing Team Leader responsibilities

Stepping in to run daily containment

Performing operator work except when necessary

What you will bring:

Bachelor’s degree preferred

1–3 years of experience in manufacturing supervision, management, or leadership

 Strong understanding of SQDIP principles and the ability to manage performance across all elements

 Proven leadership skills with the ability to develop, coach, and support Supervisors

Ability to analyze performance trends, interpret data, and identify systemic gaps

 Skill in removing operational barriers and enabling teams to maintain stable performance

Strong resource‑planning and organizational skills to align staffing and capabilities across the area

Ability to ensure consistent standards and practices across shifts and adjacent functions

Demonstrated capability in completing Leader Standard Work and reinforcing operational discipline

Experience supporting and sustaining Daily Management Excellence (DME) practices

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑functional coordination

Ability to make sound decisions based on data, team feedback, and operational needs

High level of accountability, with the ability to drive improvements through leadership rather than direct intervention

Ability to remain steady, objective, and effective in a fast‑paced, multi‑shift production environment

$77,963.33 - $109,340.00
