Job Title: Production Helper

Summary
We are seeking dependable and motivated Production Worker to join our team. In this hands-on role, you will assist with the production department operating machinery, monitoring production lines, inspecting product.

Schedule

Workdays: 2nd Shift-Monday–Sunday

Shift Hours: 5:00PM--2AM  7:00PM- 7:00AM

Pay

$10.00 P/H

Key Responsibilities
 

Feed raw materials into machinery. Assemble goods on production lines. Monitor the production process. Carry out basic quality and testing checks. Store goods and raw materials properly in our warehouse. Pack goods for shipping.

Skills & Qualifications

Prior experience in a production/ produce environment preferred.

Ability to perform physical tasks and stand for extended periods.

Basic understanding of safety standards and equipment usage.

Strong attention to detail and quality.

Good communication skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Ability to work independently or in a team setting.

Fast learner and adaptable to changing tasks and priorities.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for long periods.

Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 20-30 lbs. as needed.

Ability to work in varying warehouse conditions, including temperature fluctuations.
