**Job Title: 2nd Shift Press Assistant** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated Press Assistants to join our 2nd shift team. As a Press Assistant, you will play a crucial role in operating press machines and ensuring the smooth execution of the printing process. **Responsibilities** + Assist in operating the press machine, ensuring efficient workflow. + Load parts, set measurements, and initiate the press process. + Prepare finished products for shipping and organize them on pallets. + Inspect parts for quality and maintain organized records using paper-based tracking. + Operate a sit-down forklift as needed. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of experience in manufacturing and machine operation. + Ability to operate a sit-down forklift. + Strong attention to detail and capability to perform quality checks. + Mechanically inclined with experience in machine operation and assembly. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in printing is desired but not required. + Ability to match colors and perform color matching tasks. **Why Work Here?** This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with room for advancement. Shoe reimbursement of up to $100 per year Potential to Earn over $30.00/hour Employees receive three weeks of vacation (120 hours) after direct hire. **Work Environment** The position is in a manufacturing environment. 2nd shift 10 hour schedule Monday to Thursday. Training on 1st for 4 to 6 weeks **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of York, Pennsylvania. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
