**Imaging Operator – 2nd Shift** _Van Buren Township, MI_ _$_ _22.00/hour_ _Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM_ _Proposed Start Date: August 19, 2025_ **Position Summary:** We are seeking a motivated and detail-focused **Imaging Operator** to join our production team in Van Buren Township, MI. This role involves operating high-speed document imaging equipment to meet strict client deadlines in a fast-paced, production-driven environment. **Key Responsibilities:** + Operate high-speed imaging equipment including Opex Eagle, IBML Fusion, and eSeries + Prioritize and manage workflow according to client turnaround requirements + Stand for over 80% of the shift while completing repetitive imaging tasks + Identify and escalate workflow issues or bottlenecks to department leads + Work independently in a **loud, fast-paced** production environment **Requirements:** + Experience with imaging or scanning equipment is preferred + Ability to maintain focus and accuracy in high-volume settings + Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple workflows + Self-motivated and proactive with a problem-solving mindset + Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 25 lbs and meet physical demands of the role **Compensation & Schedule:** + **Hourly Rate:** $ 22.00 + **Schedule:** Monday through Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM + **Start Date:** August 19, 2025 **Pay Details:** $22.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
