Summary: Seeking a 2nd shift PLC Maintenance Specialist with expertise in maintaining and servicing automation machinery, including pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years as a maintenance mechanic in a manufacturing environment. Experience with Siemens, Rockwell, and Allen Bradley PLC controllers. Detailed knowledge of electronics (12VDC-460 VAC), hydraulics, pneumatics, motor starters, pumps, and PLC controls.Preferred Skills:
Ability to read pneumatic, hydraulic, electric schematics. Understanding of VFD's (Variable Frequency Drives) and Servo Drives.Responsibilities:
Maintain and repair industrial assembly equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues via PLC or program investigation. Conduct periodic inspections for repair requests. Identify parts needed for replacement and place orders.Pay Details: $35.00 to $40.00 per hour
