**Position Summary:**
We are hiring a reliable and detail-oriented **Mail Sort Operator** to support high-volume operations in Van Buren Township, MI. This role involves operating high-speed mail sorting equipment in a dynamic and physically demanding environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Operate high-speed mail sorting machinery
+ Maintain high levels of accuracy and efficiency under time pressure
+ Stand for 80% or more of the shift
+ Handle repetitive tasks in a **loud, fast-paced** work setting
+ Lift, push, and pull materials up to 25 lbs
+ Prioritize and manage multiple workflows simultaneously
**Requirements:**
+ Prior mailroom, logistics, or production experience preferred
+ Ability to work while standing for extended periods
+ Strong attention to detail and time management skills
+ Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
+ Dependable, punctual, and able to meet performance standards
**Compensation & Schedule:**
+ **Hourly Rate:** $ 22.00
+ **Schedule:** Monday through Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
+ **Start Date:** August 18, 2025
**Pay Details:** $22.00 per hour
