2nd Shift Machine and Tool Operator

Adecco is assisting their client in Everett, WA recruit for a 2nd shift Machine Operator with experience working with tools, has a mechanical background and working with the machines onsite to create a variety of parts and components used to assemble electrical devices. This is a temp to hire opportunity!
Position hours: Monday-Friday, 3:20pm to 12:00am (midnight)
Pay Rate: $22-24 per hour based on experience.
Responsibilities for Machine Operator jobs include but are not limited to:
+ Changing molds and operating plastic injecting molding machines to create a variety of parts and pieces.
+ Moving material, parts and inventory as need to help operations run smooth.
+ Monitor and load machines with raw material as needed.
+ Operating machine to produce parts
+ Report defective material or questionable condition to department supervisor
+ Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition
+ Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for Machine Operator jobs:
+ Ability to speak, read and write in English to clearly explain and describe and document material and machine malfunction.
+ Ability to follow all safety protocols and monitor worksite and reporting unsafe actions.
+ Good hand/eye coordination and fine motor skills performing repetitive motions
+ Mechanical background with the ability to problem solve errors and machine malfunction and report concerns both verbally and written to shift leads and managers.
+ Able to stand for prolonged periods on a concrete floor
+ Able to lift 40lbs
+ Ability to use power tools
**Pay Details:** $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
