**Job Title: 2nd Shift Line Lead**
**Job Description**
As a 2nd Shift Line Lead, you will be responsible for assembling sub-assemblies consisting of printed circuit boards with applicable components, and completing electro-mechanical units utilizing sub-assemblies, air tools, and miscellaneous parts.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assemble printed circuit boards by inserting applicable components in a through-hole fashion using specific work instructions, procedures, and various hand and air tools.
+ Install sub-assemblies and miscellaneous hardware into specific unit enclosures at a final assembly level using specific work instructions, procedures, and various hand and air tools.
+ Perform electrical function tests at the printed circuit board and final assembly levels using test fixtures provided by electrical engineering.
+ Complete other duties as required, such as packing.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in production and electro-mechanical assembly.
+ Experience with hand tools, mechanical and power tools.
+ Ability to lift up to 26 lbs.
+ Minimum of 4 months of production work experience.
+ Must be able to stand at the workstation for 8+ hours.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Assembler experience is a plus.
+ An electro-mechanical aptitude is desirable.
+ Ability to work cross-functionally with individuals and teams to achieve department/production goals.
+ Strive for continuous process improvement in daily activities.
+ Ability to follow through on tasks assigned to completion.
+ High School Diploma/GED.

**Work Environment**
You will work in a fast-paced production environment with tight quarters. Eye protection and protective shoes are required, and loose clothing is not permitted. The facility operates on multiple shifts, with the 2nd shift running Monday through Thursday from 3:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m., with potential overtime on Fridays.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Kingstown, Rhode Island.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
