**Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Assembler**
**Job Description**
We are seeking skilled electro-mechanical assemblers to join our team on the 2nd shift (3pm-11:30pm) at our military and defense facility in Santa Ana/Costa Mesa. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with the possibility of overtime during the week and on Saturdays.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform mechanical and electrical assemblies in a manufacturing setting, preferably in aerospace, electronics, or medical industries.
+ Utilize common hand tools and power tools such as pliers, wrenches, screwdrivers, depth micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, pressure gauges, multimeters, test boxes, and specialized test equipment.
+ Operate computers proficiently, using standard browsers and word processing applications.
+ Understand and apply knowledge of common electrical components.
+ Read wiring diagrams and follow assembly instructions accurately.
+ Adapt quickly to changing roles and responsibilities in a fast-paced, challenging work environment.
+ Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with engineering and production teams.
**Essential Skills**
+ 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting performing mechanical and/or electrical assemblies.
+ Proficiency with hand and power tools.
+ Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
+ Proficiency in troubleshooting and repair.
+ Experience in electro-mechanical assembly.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in assembling complex electro-mechanical assemblies, wire harnesses, test racks, junction boxes, and associated components.
+ Ability to perform hand soldering and component fabrication.
+ Experience in validation and testing of electronic components using multimeters, oscilloscopes, network analyzers, and test racks.
+ Knowledge of air-frame construction techniques such as rivets, mechanical fasteners, and nut plates.
+ Experience in electronic box assembly troubleshooting and detailed issue ticket writing.
+ Experience with running functional checkouts, tests, and diagnosing issues.
+ Ability to test and run RF systems.
+ Extensive troubleshooting experience.
+ Experience with PCBA and troubleshooting.

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Costa Mesa, California.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $32.00/hr.
