Temp-to-Hire position$17.50 /hourFull Time work availableSecond Shift (Monday through Friday from 03:30pm to 12:00am)Operate die-casting machines safely and efficiently.Monitor production to meet quality standards and quotas.Perform basic preventive maintenance and clean equipment.Inspect parts for defects and ensure proper specifications.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Follow all safety procedures and company policies.Document production data and communicate issues to supervisors.2nd Shift Diecast Operator Qualifications:
Previous experience in manufacturing or die-casting preferred.Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.Ability to follow instructions, work safely, and maintain productivity.Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
